Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing saves you 15% compared to monthly. You can switch between monthly and annual billing at any time from your account settings.
Can I change plans?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, the new features become available immediately and billing is prorated. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What channels are supported?
HeyAgents currently supports Slack, Gmail, and WhatsApp as connected channels. We are actively working on adding support for Microsoft Teams, SMS, and more. Each channel integration takes just a few minutes to set up.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. HeyAgents uses row-level security (RLS) to isolate tenant data, encrypts all data at rest and in transit, and provides full audit logging for compliance. We never train AI models on your data.
